2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and profile details when you register.
• Business Information: Company name, target audience, product/service descriptions, and campaign brief details you provide through our onboarding questionnaire.
• Meta Platform Data: When you connect your Meta (Facebook) account, we access ad account information, Facebook Pages, and lead data from Meta Lead Ads — all with your explicit authorisation.
• Lead Data: Leads generated through your Meta Lead Ad campaigns, including name, email address, and phone number of your prospects.
• Payment Information: Subscription and billing data processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Usage Data: Log data, IP address, browser type, pages visited, and other standard analytics information.

3. How We Use Meta Platform Data

We access Meta APIs solely to provide our advertising automation service on your behalf. Specifically, we use Meta data to:

• Create and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns on your behalf.
• Upload video ad creatives to your connected ad account.
• Create and manage Meta Lead Ad forms to capture prospect information.
• Retrieve leads generated from your campaigns via Meta's Lead Ads webhooks.
• Display campaign performance and lead data within your ApexAd Agent dashboard.

We do not sell, rent, share, or use Meta platform data for any purpose other than providing and improving the Service you have subscribed to. We do not use Meta data for advertising to third parties, training AI models, or any purpose unrelated to your direct campaign management.

4. Meta Permissions We Request

When you connect your Meta account, we request the following permissions:

• ads_management: To create and manage your ad campaigns, ad sets, and ads.
• ads_read: To read campaign performance data.
• pages_read_engagement / pages_manage_ads: To use your Facebook Page as the ad identity.
• leads_retrieval: To fetch lead information submitted through your Lead Ad forms.

You can revoke these permissions at any time through your Facebook account settings or by disconnecting your Meta account from our platform.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the Service. Lead data collected via Meta webhooks is stored in your account dashboard and retained for the duration of your subscription. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at aiadsagent@gmail.com.

Upon account deletion, we will remove all personal data and Meta-derived data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted storage of access tokens, HTTPS for all data transmissions, and restricted access to sensitive data. Meta access tokens are stored securely and never exposed to third parties.

7. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Meta (Facebook): As required to create and manage campaigns via their API.
• Stripe: For payment processing.
• HeyGen: To generate AI avatar video ads from your script (script text only, no personal user data).
• Service Providers: Infrastructure providers operating under strict confidentiality agreements.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent for data processing.
• Port your data to another service.
• Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
